Tri-R Development Group Inc. was incorporated March, 2004. The founders are Ron A. Sturm and Arnold H. Poettcker. Ron brings with him over 20 years of expertise in Commercial Banking and Project Management, while Arnold has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Both senior partners had been running their own successful business’s prior to merging their talents to form Tri-R. Since that time, Tri-R Development Group has garnered the talents of other experts in the construction industry to quickly propel Tri-R to the forefront of construction/development industry in the Upper Fraser Valley.

The Tri-R Group of Companies now competes in the Condominium market with such outstanding developments as “The Birch Street Properties”, “The Regent”, “The Charleston” and just announced “The Willows”. The Tri-R Group has just completed the construction of its first townhouse project known as “Arlington Estates” in Sardis, BC. The group has ventured into single family homes as well as the “Resort Community” market with the soon to be announced “Destinations West at Cultus Lake” project. In just 4 short years the Tri-R Group has propelled itself into a major force to be reckoned with, in a market place that is booming. In 2007, the Tri-R Group had under management over 50 million dollars in projects either under construction or completing. We expect that number only to grow as further projects are introduced to the market place. The Tri-R Group has led the industry in it’s market area in sales, dollars per sale, quality, and customer satisfaction.
